I offer personalized strength coaching, available in person or online. Clients seek my expertise for various goals, including injury recovery, mastering strength training and weightlifting skills, building muscle, increasing bone density, and event preparation.
In-person sessions take place at my home studio in Eagle Rock or a rented gym space in Glendale. Clients typically meet with me one to three times per week, based on their individual needs and schedules. To supplement our one-on-one time and ensure optimal muscle growth with at least two weekly strength practices, I provide customized homework via an easy-to-use app. My goal is to equip you with the confidence and skills necessary to train independently and maintain strength throughout your life.
I recommend a minimum commitment of three months of consistent training to begin seeing noticeable results in your daily life.
